A schedule built for group classes
Evenings are packed: beginners at six, advanced at seven, personal sessions and sparring in between. The schedule has to carry all of it — with no double bookings and no notebook.
Group classes in one click
One click creates a group class from a group pass — every member is added automatically, and anyone with a clashing booking is skipped and flagged. A coach can also run two individual clients in overlapping slots, while group classes still block their time.

Zero double bookings
Every booking path — single, recurring, group, mobile — runs through one core with transactional locking, club opening-hours checks and pass-limit guards. Two sessions with the same coach at the same time simply can't be saved.
Sessions close themselves
A past class closes on its own: the entry is deducted from the pass, the coach's hour is counted and their monthly payroll updates. No group class ever 'happens for free' just because nobody got around to ticking it off.
Entry passes and payments — cash included
A boxing club sells entries: an 8-class pass, paid in cash at the door or by a transfer coming 'sometime this week'. The system has to count to the unit and to the złoty — without the notebook at the front desk.
Passes counted to the entry
A booking reserves an entry immediately, an early cancellation frees it, a late cancellation or a completed session consumes it. The counter recalculates automatically on every change — the owner always knows how many entries are really left.
Cash, transfer, card — one ledger
Every pass has its own payment with a full transaction ledger: cash, transfer or card installments are recorded separately, and the status — paid, partial, overdue — derives itself. The member who 'paid half' stops being secret knowledge of the front desk.
A reminder before the pass runs out
The system tracks a member's position in the pass chronologically: the second-to-last entry triggers a 'payment coming up' notice, the last one — 'time for a new pass'. Sent to both coach and member at once, never duplicated.
Passes renew themselves
A daily job finds expired passes with auto-renewal on and starts the next one with the same template, coach and group members the day after. When a renewal can't run, the pass is flagged 'renewal required' — instead of quietly expiring.
Members and youth sections
From the kids' section to amateurs before their first sparring — a club lives off people who stay for years. The paperwork has to be in order, parents informed, and drifting members caught before they're gone for good.
Consents and documents in one vault
Parental consents, waivers, medical certificates — upload them to the member's card with your own document types; files sit in private storage, accessible only via secure links, with separate view permissions and a full audit trail. Announcements to the whole group

A daily job recalculates every member's status — active / renewal required / at risk / resigned. Anyone who hasn't trained for longer than your configured threshold is flagged 'at risk' automatically — before their locker empties for good.

Coach payroll calculates itself
Monthly pay accrues from completed sessions: separate rates for group and individual training, every session billed at the rate in effect on its date, proportional to minutes. A closed month is immutable, with a controlled way to reopen it.
Substitutions without the chaos
A coach can't make the class? The owner swaps them on that single session with a reason on record — only a coach with active access and a free slot can be assigned. Once the session completes, hours and pay go to the substitute automatically.
